Before you begin entering your numbers, you want to make sure you are in the correct place. The last thing you would want to do is enter all of your information and realize it was not entered where it should. A good habit to have is to double check that you are where you want to be before you enter anything in.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see the box that either says 'Upload Photo' or has the photo that you've uploaded. The gray bar underneath the photo will say either a truck name or My Company. Let's explain what the My Company section is first. My Company is used when you have multiple trucks to enter company expenses that don't pertain to one truck or the other, such as a purchase for a printer. When you have one truck, you enter everything under that truck.

Another way to know whether you are under My Company or your truck is to look at your Overview and above the number summary you will see either My Company or the name of your truck.

If you are on My Company and need to go back to your truck, click on the gray bar below the photo box and select your truck from the drop-down menu.
